By registering for and/or making payment toward participation in the AFROMY Nations Cup (hereinafter referred to as “the Tournament”), all participants, representatives, team managers, and affiliated stakeholders (collectively referred to as “Participants”) expressly agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
All payments made toward the AFROMY Nations Cup 2025 are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and irrevocable — under any and all circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
Medical emergencies
Visa rejections or travel restrictions
Personal schedule conflicts
Team withdrawal or disbandment
Natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest
Financial hardship
Internal disputes or changes in team composition
Changes to tournament format, dates, or venues
Once payment is made, no refund—whether full or partial—will be entertained, unless the Tournament is officially cancelled by the Organizers.
We do not recognize or honor half or partial payments as valid registration. Any payment less than the full participation fee will be considered incomplete and non-refundable.
Participants must settle the entire registration fee by the stated deadline. Failure to do so will result in disqualification without refund, credit, or compensation of any kind.
The AFROMY Nations Cup 2025 will only commence once all registered participants have completed full payment.
Until such time:
The Tournament remains officially in progress and not cancelled.
The Organizers reserve the right to delay the kick-off without consequence, legal liability, or obligation for refund.
In the event a Participant is unable to complete the full payment:
Their registration may be deferred to a future edition of the AFROMY Nations Cup, at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
Such deferral must be formally requested in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
This does not constitute a refund, and no cash or credit compensation will be issued.
The Organizers reserve the absolute right to postpone, adjourn, reschedule, restructure, or relocate the Tournament at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
Venue conflicts or upgrades
Partnership negotiations
Strategic repositioning
Governmental directives
Operational logistics
Force majeure or national emergencies
The only instance where refunds will be considered is if the Organizers officially cancel the Tournament in its entirety.
Such cancellation must be communicated in writing via official Tournament channels.
No assumptions, hearsay, or third-party statements will be considered valid grounds for refund.
By making any form of payment or submitting registration details, Participants:
Confirm full understanding and acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
Waive all rights to initiate disputes or chargebacks related to non-refund conditions.
Acknowledge that this Policy is governed under Malaysian commercial law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
