• 16 teams, divided into 4 groups (A–D)

• Each team plays 3 group stage matches

• Top team in each group advances to semifinals

• No quarterfinal or third-place match

• Duration: 2 x 40-minute halves

• Half-time: 10 minutes

• Total match slot: 90 minutes (including a 20-minute buffer)

• Matches follow AM/PM weekend schedule

• Pitches using two pitches

• No draws allowed – Matches tied at full time go to penalty shootout

  • Penalty win = 2 points

  • Penalty loss = 1 point

  • Loss in normal time = 0 points

• 2 yellow cards = 1-match suspension

• Straight red card = Minimum 1-match suspension

• Violent conduct, verbal abuse, or unsporting behavior may result in:

• immediate disqualification

• Team suspension from future editions

• Forfeiture of security deposit

• Teams must register a squad of up to 20 players

• Only registered players are allowed to participate

• Each team must submit:

• Passport sized photograph for player verification

• Player jersey numbers

• Emergency contact information

• All teams must wear matching jerseys with visible numbers

• In case of color conflict, the away team must change kits

• Teams must bring their own: Water, warm-up gear, first-aid supplies

• Match balls will be provided by organizers

• Ambulance & Doctors will provided by organizers

• Security will be provided by organizers

• Matches will be officiated by certified referees

• The referee’s decision is final and non-negotiable

• Complaints can be submitted in writing to the organizing committee

• “Any verbal or physical abuse of referees results in immediate player expulsion and team sanctions.”

• In the semifinals and finals:

• If tied after 80 minutes → Penalty shootout

• No extra time

Only the group winners qualify for the knockout stage

• Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, venues, or rules as necessary

• Matches can be suspended or rescheduled due to: Extreme weather, Medical emergencies, Pitch damage, National-level instructions (e.g., from DBKL or local authorities)

• No personal requests for postponements allowed. 

• Disqualified teams forfeit matches and may be banned from future events
